Nh Pamplona Iruna Park Hotel, Pamplona

My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. While I loved the modern decor and spacious rooms, my check-in process was less than ideal as the receptionist seemed rushed and unfriendly. There were moments that stood out positively, especially with the dining options which offered a variety of delightful tapas. On the downside, the overbooking issue was alarming, especially when arriving with children after a long drive. Overall, it could be a great stay if the initial service improved and booking issues were addressed.
